Equip individuals or teams to engage on the phone. Pick Up, Speak Up guides participants through techniques, empowering them to handle phone conversations with increasing ease over time. With 25% of 18 to 34-year-olds in the UK reporting they have never spoken on the phone, a generation is at risk of losing the ability to connect verbally.
Grounded in psychology and backed by extensive research, Pick Up, Speak Up helps participants realise the undeniable benefits of voice-based communication in both professional and personal spheres. Participants will learn how to address stress and be prepared to take on calls through supporting strategies.
Pick Up Speak Up is designed for participants 16 - 35 years old but is applicable to everyone. These interpersonal skills are universal and transferable.
